Terms and Conditions
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Harkless Inc provides marketing consulting, strategic advisory, and managed execution support only. No guarantees are made regarding leads, revenue, conversions, advertising performance, or business outcomes.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Harkless Inc does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for all implementation decisions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
One-time services are non-refundable once delivered or sessions are completed. Monthly retainers may be canceled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided. Missed sessions must be rescheduled within fourteen days or are forfeited.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided are proprietary and for client use only.
6. TERMINATION
Harkless Inc reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these terms.
7. AGREEMENT
By engaging services from Harkless Inc, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
